Technical support

If you are experiencing any technical issues with Moodle, you can report these to the Learning Technology Team via the Technical support feedback form. Technical issues could include:

  • broken links and activities that you cannot access
  • the learning materials are not presented as you would expect them to be
  • you can see an error message
  • you can see information that does not relate to the qualification you are studying

However, please contact the Housing Academy Hub at housing.academy@cih.org if:

  • your query is urgent
  • you have a non-technical question about your course and how it works
  • you have a query about accessing your learning materials or submitting an assignment
